IF YOU QUALIFY FOR DVA or MEDICARE

We will require specific details of your case prior to treatment.

• DVA (Department of Veteran Affairs) Gold or White card holders

  White card: we accept cover for someone's health condition we list it against their Veteran White Card record

  Gold card: We will only cover health care costs for the person whose name is on the card. Their health condition or injury does not need to be from war service through Medicare Benefit Scheme

• EPC (Enhance Primary Care)

  Chronic Disease Management (formerly Enhanced Primary Care or EPC) — GP services on the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) enable GPs to plan and coordinate the health care of patients with long term medical conditions that require, multidisciplinary approach to maintain care, team-based care from a GP and at least two other health or care providers eg Chiropractic service.
